Els is the HR Business Partner at Publyon. Her role is to make sure HR policy and procedure throughout Publyon Belgium fit the needs, goals and aims of the organisation.
In the past, she has acquired a broad variety of skills as a marketeer, a recruitment consultant in different business domains (government and private sector), and a team assistant in several international, multilingual environments.
Els is a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English and French. She also has a good knowledge of German.
