Guillaume holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in European Studies from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium (UCLouvain). To develop a practical knowledge of European affairs, he completed an Executive Master in EU Public Affairs and Communication at IHECS Academy in Brussels. Prior to joining Publyon, Guillaume obtained work experience in several positions at national and European level. He worked as a Parliamentary Assistant Trainee at the Belgian Federal Parliament, and as a Junior Policy Advisor at the European Council of Liberal Professions. Lately, he also worked as a Junior Consultant for two advisory agencies specialised, among other things, in transport and sustainable policies.
At Publyon, Guillaume works for clients in the digital and transport & energy sectors.
He speaks French and English fluently and has limited proficiency in Dutch and Spanish.
