Publyon and Jan Huitema, former Member of the European Parliament, have entered into a strategic partnership and collaborate on selected assignments. Huitema does so through his own company, EUnity Consulting. The partnership covers both Publyon’s activities in the Netherlands and its European work in Brussels.
The collaboration strengthens their combined advisory capacity on dossiers at the intersection of national and European decision-making. Huitema’s experience and network in The Hague and Brussels closely align with Publyon’s integrated public affairs and strategic positioning approach.
Jan Huitema served as a Member of the European Parliament from 2014 to 2024. During that period, he worked on dossiers including agriculture, climate, energy, innovation, and public health. His knowledge of European legislation and political decision-making is a valuable addition to Publyon’s advisory services for companies, industry associations, and civil society organizations.
