Jan provides expert advice to businesses and organisations on developing and implementing Public Affairs strategies within the digital, technology, and sustainability sectors.
With an academic background in International Business and Diplomacy, Jan began his career as a trainee at the Belgium’s Permanent Representation to the EU, where he worked on external affairs and cybersecurity. He then contributed to the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe campaign for the 2019 European Elections, serving as campaign assistant. Jan then focused on key issues such as economic growth, and digital innovation, promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing among political parties across Europe.
Before joining Publyon, he served as project leader during the Belgian Presidency of the European Union, coordinating homelessness and housing policies across Belgian and European Union institutional frameworks.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, Jan also has a good command of German and Spanish.
