Justine joined the Publyon team with over two years of experience in the European policy ecosystem, spanning event and project management, monitoring, advocacy, and strategic communications.
A French national, she holds a double diploma in International Affairs and Economics from EM Strasbourg Business School and the University of Strasbourg. She later completed a Master’s degree in International and European Studies at Nantes Université, specialising in peace, international negotiations, and diplomacy. During her studies, she completed exchange semesters in Toronto (Canada), Barcelona (Spain), and Puebla (Mexico), further strengthening her international outlook and cross cultural understanding.
Before joining Publyon, she interned at UNICEF’s Representation Office to the EU institutions, and served as a Programme Assistant within the European Affairs Programme of the Egmont Royal Institute for International Relations.
Her experience covers a broad range of topics, from digitalisation to migration and humanitarian aid, approached through an intersectional and gender sensitive lens.
Justine is fluent in French and English and has a good understanding of Spanish.
