Lisanne Kosters joined Publyon as an Associate Partner in 2024. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises governments, businesses, and other organizations. Her expertise lies at the intersection of communication, public affairs, and organizational advice, aiming to achieve positive impact and progress.
Prior to her role at Publyon, she served as Vice President of Public Affairs & External Relations of VTTI, an international energy infrastructure company with a keen commitment to the energy transition. Additionally, she was the deputy head of the corporate communications department and Europol spokesperson. Through her own public affairs and communications consultancy, Lisanne bolstered the international positioning and branding of The Hague Convention Bureau. This approach was adopted and further implemented by the city of The Hague.
Lisanne holds a bachelor’s degree in European Studies and a master’s degree in International Communications Management from the University of The Hague. She has also completed courses in reputation management and brand management at the European Institute of Brand Management. Additionally, she participated in a year-long advanced leadership programme focused on the energy transition and the pivotal role of hydrogen in the global energy mix.

Outside of her professional life, Lisanne is actively involved as a member of the working field committee of the communication studies of The Hague University. She is a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, with a good command of French and German.
