Manon Pituello brings strong experience and knowledge of the policies shaping the twin energy and digital transition.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Manon has developed solid, cross-sector expertise in (EU) policy analysis, strategic advocacy and advice, and stakeholder engagement. Her time at the OECD and at the European Public Affairs Departments of TotalEnergies and the French Ministry of Economy has enabled her to work on complex policy files spanning industrial competitiveness, carbon markets, the energy transition, digital connectivity and innovation support.

Manon holds a Bachelor’s degree in European studies from Maastricht University, where she specialised in European and international law and energy policy. During her Master’s at Sciences Po Paris, she explored how the energy transition is reshaping the EU’s economic security, neighbourhood policy, trade relationships and geopolitical positioning.

Manon is fluent in English and French, has a good understanding of German and a basic understanding of Dutch.
