Mark Buitink started as a trainee at Publyon in 2024. As part of Team Tech, he focuses mainly on monitoring political developments and supporting consultants in their work.
In his hometown, Dordrecht, Mark joined the youth department of the PvdA to improve the livability of young adults in Dordrecht. This project successfully became the go-ahead for more entertainment venues in the city center. Mark studied political science at Leiden University. After getting his bachelor’s degree, he thought it would be a good move to do his part in the various challenges that are going on in this world and gain experience at Publyon. Besides his studies, Mark was part of several committees, where he worked in different roles.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys being with friends or family and reading a book. He has also been tutoring various students for over 5 years.
