I’m René de Heer, director at Publyon SOM. I enjoy working on solutions and new collaborations that are needed for successful transitions.
I used to be an alderman at the municipality of Zwolle. In that role I shaped the regional economic agenda of the Zwolle region and concluded the regional deal with the national government. I also led various participation projects. I now use that experience with great pleasure at Publyon SOM. Thanks to my managerial experience, we further developed our services and offer public mediation. In conflict situations I act as a mediator.
