As Director of Publyon EU, Niels leads the Transport & Energy practice. Niels has over 5 years’ experience advising public and private organisations on strategic positioning and influencing EU policies. Moreover, Niels coordinates the Publyon Academy, Publyon’s training institute.
Niels obtained a master’s degree in International Public Management and Policy at Erasmus University, Rotterdam. He got his bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Leiden University.
Niels is a native Dutch speaker, is fluent in English and speaks basic French and German.
