Stephan Frank joined the Publyon team at the beginning of 2024 as a Communications trainee.
Stephan grew up in Aruba, a country caught between strong influences from the Netherlands, the US, and Latin America. This influenced his interest in languages and how international politics can sway national priorities. This interest led him to pursue a degree in European Studies at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, specializing in the public sector. He further undertook an exchange in Valencia, Spain, with a curriculum focused on understanding EU politics through the Spanish lens.
Outside of work, Stephan enjoys sharpening his volleyball skills in tournaments around Rotterdam. He is fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, and his native Papiamento.
