With her extensive experience both domestically and internationally, Tessa has a versatile background and effortlessly connects analysis, policy, and practice. She previously worked for the city of The Hague, the British Embassy, and the Princess Máxima Center, among others.
Tessa studied Political Science at Leiden University, where she focused on issues at the intersection of politics, governance, and international cooperation. During and after her studies, she gained experience within various public and civil society organizations, focusing on policy and strategic issues in the areas of security, technology, and young leadership.
In her work, Tessa is driven by her interest in public values and the impact of policy on society. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling extensively, and can often be found enjoying nature or exploring the city with her dog and son.
